VOE Processor (Irvine remote team)
Going above and beyond to ensure first call/first transaction resolution, whenever possible, is my answer to Customer Happiness! Always keeping a “whatever it takes” kind of mentality.
I received an escalated client call on our VOE line regarding a request cancelled due to “employer refusal “. Our client wanted the request reopened. I reopened the order and talked with the owner. He expressed that he had completed two reverification’s in the last two weeks. Of course, I apologized for the inconvenience and explained the new time guidelines due to COVID-19. He then understood and we completed the reverification while on the call. Customer Happiness!!! We can all assist with client calls when it is reasonable and not always necessary to refer to the CHT team (firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-969-5100) only if you are comfortable assisting. We are all on the same team!
