VOE Processor (Irvine remote team) Customer Happiness for me is doing everything I can do to complete the VOE in the quickest, most efficient manner. If the client has additional questions that need to be addressed by the employer, I attempt to get those addressed as soon as possible as to not delay the loan for our clients and borrowers. I know the employers generally tend to be busy and overwhelmed so I speak to them as friendly and straight forward as possible and try to add genuine gratitude because their time is precious as anyone else’s.
