Amanda Athmann
VOE Processor (Tempe remote team)
The “Customer Happiness Promise” means to me that I try to get my orders completed as quickly as possible because I don’t want to be the cause of a delay in a loan closing. Obviously with written orders that’s a little more difficult than with verbal orders that can be completed with just a phone call. I always feel bad when I get a call from a client that sounds frustrated if a VOE is taking a little longer to get completed than normal. That happened to me one time in particular where I personally worked on the order. After I got off the phone with the client, I tried to see if I could find another way of contacting the employer. I was able to find another route and got the order completed right then! I would say the core value I have tried to implement a lot is the “wear many hats” value because again with taking incoming calls, I not only get calls from employers but clients as well so I can go from being a VOE processor, to feeling like I’m a Customer Happiness Representative.
