I deliver customer happiness by trying to over communicate and value others. I always try to stay positive and lead with kindness and understanding with every person. When an employer may be frustrated I always try to explain our process to give them understanding. I have had multiple employers thank me for explaining our process to them so they understand more in the future. I show every person that I speak to that I am listening and will always do my best to help them.
